These Terms govern your use of the Amble mobile application. By using the app you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Amble service operator.

2. Service description
Amble is a walking habit and motivation application providing activity tracking, statistics, reminders and gamified virtual rewards. All in‑app dogs, currencies, items and rewards are virtual and have no real‑world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or goods.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum digital consent age in your country to use the service. If you are under that age you must have parental consent.
4. Health notice
The app provides lifestyle and motivational features only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for exercising safely and complying with local laws and traffic rules.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must not share accounts or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts used abusively or fraudulently.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in store settings.
- Refunds are handled by the platform provider according to their policies.
- We do not have access to your payment card details.
7. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, automation, or interference with the service
- No exploiting bugs or manipulating rewards
- No unlawful use of the application
8. Intellectual property
All content, artwork, software, and trademarks belong to the operator or licensors. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal use only.
9. Availability
The service may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time. Features and rewards may be modified for balancing or technical reasons.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Amble does not guarantee specific fitness, health, or activity results. Any activity recommendations or statistics are estimates only and for informational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months (or €20 if no payment was made).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law and similar mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under EU consumer protection law.
12. Termination
We may suspend access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory protections of their country of residence.
14. Changes
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
